Property fraud is a growing concern, with tales of everything from illegal subletting to title theft now increasingly common. 

What are the consequences?

Title fraud is irreversible, once the property is sold. Despite victims losing their homes, the law protects unknowing buyers who, legally, become registered owners and are deemed to have purchased in good faith and resolving title fraud can take years of litigation.

Fair? Certainly not...

This is why the NRLA partnered with Tile Guardian to give NRLA members access to a cutting-edge monitoring system which scans a wide variety of digital sources and can inform landlords immediately if Title Guardian detects evidence of fraudulent activity.
